La figura di Junior Industrial Controller (CTI_Ind_Contr_12) Rispondendo al Plant Manager, la risorsa avrà il compito di assicurare un efficace sistema di controlling sulle attività produttive del Plant assegnato, in collaborazione con i responsabili delle diverse funzioni di stabilimento e con l’Industrial Area Controller Italia. Le principali responsabilità riguardano: • Gestione delle attività di contabilità industriale ed analitica • Calcolo ed analisi dei costi (SAP) • Budgeting annuale e forecasting • Analisi degli scostamenti (actual vs standard) e degli investimenti • Reporting mensile e settimanale • Gestione dei progetti di miglioramento dello stabilimento produttivo Sede di lavoro: provincia di Caserta REQUISITI RICHIESTI Il candidato ideale ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 2 - 3 anni nella medesima posizione, in contesti strutturati/ aziende multinazionali preferibilmente in ambito metalmeccanico. - Laurea in Economia - Inglese Fluente - Ottima conoscenza di Excel - Buona conoscenza di SAP - Capacità relazionali e di problem solving - Flessibilità

Supported by his manager will deal with: Analyses marketing and sales results against expectations; to Carry out analyses on possible sales channels, distribution networks, etc. Maintaining the promotional material up-to-date. Within defined guidelines received by Marketing Manager, he/she Supports and contributes to the programmes to increase market penetration and profitability for both free-standing and built-in products; analyses market trends and develops product positioning and growth strategy; Supports the launch of new products on the market or the launch of existing products on new markets. - Locat Internship Business Tipologia di contratto: Stage We are looking for BRILLIANT RECENT GRADUATES or BELONGING TO FIVE YEARS DEGREE IN BUSINESS & ECONOMICS Ref. CAREERS_ECON_12 To join one of our Business Unit within the new Divisions (Home Care, Food Treatment) through an initial period of 6 months internship. They will support the team ensuring the coeherence and efficacy in the relationship between the Business Divisions and Sales by: - Supporting markets organizations in defining, implementing and monitoring marketing plans; - Ensuring a consistent range product line cascading with the positioning defined by Product Marketing; - Analyzing the commercial phenomena and implementing marketing plans to support specific product strategies of the Business Unit. Newcomers are immediately involved into interesting projects that allow them to learn a job and quickly grow their competencies. Requirements - University degree in Business Management, Economics, with strong academic records; - Availbility to relocate; - Fluent English: excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; - Good knowledge of MS Office Pack, especially Excel; - Being results-oriented, flexible, team player; - Curiosity and fast learning.
