Description of the task: - Two to three years previous bartending experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, lounge, etc - Have a good cocktail and spirits knowledge Ability to up-sell and promote drinks and specials. - Ability to entertain guests with tricks and juggling is a plus - Ability to speak fluent English and Italian.
