SCRUM MASTER The Scrum Master position is required for a role with a constantly growing exciting European company. This is an opportunity for you to optimize the processes having a direct effect on the success of the client's product, in the manner you would directly influence the clients development.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • You take care of running the development process including daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity & task definition • You remove barriers between the product team and the developers • You protect the development team from external interferences • You support the development team to improve the productivity • You are responsible for a transparent communication about the current status of the process • You facilitate a close cooperation within the team and ensure that the team is fully functional and productive
YOUR PROFILE • You are a certified scrum master or present equivalent experience • You have a technical background or knowledge about product management and / or IT-development • You are a strong and convincing communicator • You are both analytical and metrics driven • You are able to present facts, remove kinks and keep processes moving • You have excellent language skills in English (German is an advantage) • You already gained experience in an international working environment • You have previous experience in Agile processes & understand fundamentals in iterative development
